[psr-announce] PSR and the DCC

Plans for the next issue of TAPR's quarterly newsletter, PSR, are 
underway. The next issue will feature a review of the DCC and we are 
looking for any first-hand accounts of our big show in Albuquerque. If 
you attended the DCC, please consider writing a few sentences about your 
DCC experience and we will publish your account in the next issue of PSR.

And as always, we will also consider all other newsletter contributions 
related to the digital radio modes.
