Thanks for the reply. So there is a way to “go direct”
between JNOS and something like pat. I’m been trying to
figure out how to have JNOS offer up a virtual serial port
for pat to connect as a KISS endpoint. At least that’s how
I understand what you were saying is a possible path. I can
see how to setup pat to connect to a KISS TNC via serial
port, but am unsure how to get JNOS to offer one. Direwolf
creates a /dev/pts/X device and that’s what I’m having JNOS
attach asy to for sending packets out the RF port. Any an
all guidance on how to setup this kiss link would be
appreciated. I’ve been pouring over the documentation and
all I’ve managed to do so far is get JNOS to crash
repeatedly. Thanks again!<br>
