You can get a race condition (looping) because of rewrite problems
in your rewrite file<br>
and that's when you have to kill the smtp server because it is
looping and more and more<br>
headers are added to it.<br>
From your answer it looks like that.<br>

Maybe you can mail a copy of such message to the list with all
headers.<br>
