A closer look at my firewall rules found a rule that got processed first was conflicting with my outbound UDP firewall rule.<br>
(First rule matched, wins)<br>

So, re-doing the firewall rules order fixed it and now my non-44 links now connect via netrom.<br>

I am still looking for anyone who has a copy of the STARTNOS variable list.<br>
