The MYCALL drops the user connecting to it into the "Network" interface<br>
of the JNOS node - typically the connect occurs (no banner or prompt is<br>
displayed), then waits for the user to type in a Network command such as "C<br>
AX3 AA6BBB". If the end user just hits -return- he will be dropped into the<br>
alphabet-soup prompt.<br>

The BBSCALL drops the user connecting to it *directly* into the BBS<br>
prompt (alphabet-soup prompt).<br>

So no, on the same frequency you would *NOT* want to use the same<br>
call-ssid on nodes within range of one another. Here on the Michigan<br>
AMPRnet we use the following scheme:<br>

-9 mobile / modats<br>
-10 WL2K<br>
-11 - unassigned -<br>
-12 - unassigned -<br>
-13 - unassigned -<br>
-14 - unassigned -<br>
-15 (often used as a downlink address when exiting the far<br>
end of a network connection)<br>
