[nos-bbs] Winlink CC headers opinions ? comments ?

   In hind site, yeah, bad idea.
   Solution is simple, comment out these 2 lines in fbbfwd.c :


         if (!strncmp (m->line, "Cc: ", 4))
             addlist (&cclist, m->line + 4, 0, NULLCHAR);

   This is around line 2474 , I'll do it in the dev repo later.
