Hi Maiko,

Yes, that was the Hermes modem I was talking about,  Hermes is the project name it falls under.

 From the readme file,

"Mercury is part of the HERMES project <https://www.rhizomatica.org/hermes/> (High-Frequency Emergency and Rural Multimedia
