[nos-bbs] jnos node not successfull forwarding messages to Winlink CMS

I have managed to get Winlink to challenge-response authentication working. through some combination of an all uppercase password with no duplicate letters and increasing the timeouts in my forward.bbs script. This got me far enough to see the next barrier, which is that the Winlink CMS is not accepting my sender address.- see transcript below. 

This has got to be some dumb config error. Any suggestions on where to look?
