[nos-bbs] JNOS BPQ32 connection working

I found that JNOS did not have a route to BPQ32. I could see from the trace
that the two computers were talking but I could not connect. A route did
not automatically set up as I see for most connections. I put in a netrom
route statement and everything started to work. I put in netrom route
statements to other BPQ32 partners and those connections are working
better. I remember reading many times that if I don't have a route, things
do not work.

On to more projects.
