[nos-bbs] jnos node not successfull forwarding messages to Winlink CMS

With the Winlink -> packet email gateway from TRFPN now available, hams hosted on my jnos node wish to be able to send responses. Queueing up messages for delivery works fine, but when the node tries to connect to Winlink CMS, the forwarding fails with an apparent authorization error. Another node running the same jnos version appears to be working, so something's wrong in my node or config. Any insights and help on how to resolve this and get Winlink messages moving are appreciated.

I have confirmed the Winlink password is correct using Winlink Express, pat, and RadioMail, and my account is set up as a gateway station.

Problem description

Messages sent to Winlink get correctly queued for delivery in the wl2k area, but they are not being forwarded, apparently due to a connection error when the node tries to forward them.

Steps to reproduce

1. Post a message to <callsign>@wl2k. This message will go into the wl2k area.
2. jnos will connect to cms.winlink.org and attempt to forward the message.
3. The forwarding attempt fails per the log excerpt below.

The failed forward recurs every mailbox cycle as expected. Screen shots available on request.
