Jerome,

Just use, apt-get install  libcrypto

Better is to first search for package  libcrypto because it is most likely  libcrypto++8   or libcrypto++8t64   for a 64 bit system

libcrypto.so.1.1 is the name or softlink to  the dynamic library what is in that package.
