Anyone remember this project ? I still think about it :

Use Npcap now instead of Winpcap -> npcap.com

Extremely limited functionality, and not able to telnet in from
windows like when I used WinPcap, probably need to change a few
things because of the switch to Npcap ? WinPcap might actually
make it work, but apparently it's risky (?) to run on Windows
10 ? I may have in the past, no idea, don't want to mess up
my existing system (probably won't, but you never know).

I can go into 'bbs' and send mail to any local users, the last
work was done in 2014, seems like a long time ago. The effort
to actually port the linux code to WIN32 was quite 'easy' at
the time, but then I ran out of time, and then M$ moved away
from WIN32 and went to some other build environment. I think
you can still use WIN32 but you have to xlate it now ? I've
not looked this for quite some time ....
