Okay, I think I got everything working properly.

Using the latest development code, I have updated my home setup
configuration again. There's even a perl script in there :]

So, in case anyone is curious or is looking for ideas :

This configuration uses the multiple heard list feature, since I only 
have a single
transceiver and multiple packet modems - a teensy for robust, and a 
ninotnc for
regular packet. I think it's wasteful to leave the radio on a band that 
sees no traffic
during certain points of the day or night, so I switch bands when needed.

Right now it's 10m during the daylight hours, and 30m the rest of the 
time ...
