[nos-bbs] Jerome's stuck smtp issue ...

Just to update everyone. The first issue that needed to be
fixed, before anything else, was the IP ADDR in Jerome's
autoexec.nos did NOT match the ip addres for his hostname
in his domain.txt, so changing the IP ADDR in autoexec.nos
to match that in the domain.txt, now results in his host
being able to ping itself, and also talk to itself, which
includes smtp to itself, and message has been delivered.

That's one way of getting it running anyways ...
