Bob et al. … Your ftpusers numbers worked as did my original 16511. Now the remaining problem is the mail is stuck in ‘mqueue’. I can remember having this problem several times using jnos over the decades. But in my 88th year, I can’t remember how it got resolved.
I have one area only: ‘allmail’ and I have the shortest rewrite file ever ‘*@* allmail’.
The mail arrives from bpq to jnos/spool/mqueue. But there it sits. Neither rain nor snow nor dark of night nor ‘mbox kick’ nor ‘smtp kick' forces the queue to move the mail to its appointed round - the ‘allmail’ area.
I promise this is my last post of 2024 to this list.
