[nos-bbs] forwarding error -how to fix?

I have no problem with forwarding from BPQ over telnet to jnos2.0p.5 (development version)

There are problems presently with forwarding from jnos2.0p.5 to FBB (7.0.11 presently)  or vice versa, just over ax25.

Only

N = 4 (FBB+BIN+Resume) and N = 4 (XFWD)  are handled correctly in 2.0p.5 although you see a eol seq. warning with N  4 what doesn't effect it.

N = 1 and N = 2 have issues and don't work. For the moment I have FBB fixed to N 2 in forwarding with my development version.

That is only with 2.0p.5 and 2.0p4 as far as I can see.  Anyhow, for this problem a bug report is filled.

Some really old jnos2 docs indicated that '!' in the commands section of the forward.bbs file would force plain text forward from jnos.
