I know a few of you like the INP3 stuff, but it's old, very
experimental, written a long time ago, with minimal under
standing of Netrom and related knowledge. I do not consider
the INP code stable, and have felt that way for long time.
I should really have the configure script force it #undef,
or at least give a terse warning. By default it is off, but
some of you use config.h files from previous compiles, which
is fine, but you are deciding to include INP support. If it
works for you, that's great, but if gdb says nr3.c on crash,
then in all likelihood, it's the INP define.
In the end, that was the issue regarding Gus' crash concerns.

Please do NOT #define INP2001 or you risk crashes !
