[nos-bbs] JNOS 2.0q is officially out now

   (it's 'empty' now of course, till bug fixes and patches arrive)

Have fun, please make sure to read the development notes, since
the documentation never seems to keep up very well, yeah yeah.

PS : (Bob) I did NOT include that bbs10000.c fix, I don't like it
  (at least you have your version still, if you want to use it)
