[nos-bbs] retraction (rather update) - attach asy patch

Just bad timing, I got more information just now, same time
as when I was just posting new stuff. Final clarification.

a) The ASYNC LOW LATENCY flag is ALWAYS forced on Nino's fix,
    meaning it applies to all 'attach asy' devices.

b) Apparently we can do away with the f127 option now.

    I have reconfigured my system, and trying it again. So the
    asy_input() fix may have addressed this aspect as well, so
    watching it carefully now.
