[nos-bbs] attach asy patch (for NinoTNC) but need to test all hardware

Good day,

Been a while since I last posted, more changes coming, but I felt we need to
get this one out to the masses. Even if you are NOT using a NinoTNC, 
this fix
to the unixasy.c source file affects all hardware initialized through 
'attach asy',
so any kam, pk232, teensy, tinytnc (?), whatever, please give this a read :

So for the few remaining folks using 'attach asy', please test and make sure
your existing hardware still works properly, report any issues direct to me.
