[nos-bbs] Jnos issue

Greetings,
    Someone posted an email on your BBS that has an undeliverable address. 
My own JNOS "Hamgate" would get emails for addresses on the Internet, but 
my box would ONLY deliver to 44-Net addresses, so they would get stuck in 
this loop until I deleted them from the queue.
