[nos-bbs] agwpe.c (direwolf) now supports additional kiss port(s)

I see in the release history

  #define WINRPR /* kiss over tcp/ip interface to WinRPR */
...

But not much else. Should I read the source code for references to 
WINRPR, and deduce how to configure it? An example or documentation 
would be helpful.
