[nos-bbs] BPQ (inits connection) to JNOS and forwarding

So, closer inspection reveals that changing poo’s permissions to 0605f (24671 human) does indeed allow forwarding to take place but also locks me out of being able to log into poo at all (permission denied). 

I’m running 2.0p on a pi 3 for jnos. Maiko says: IF YOU DON'T CARE FOR THAT :

Seems to me I am making use of the new binary, so will 1 and 2 above fix the  or is there something else I need to knois to make this work?

The nice thing about this list is that I learn something new every time I ask a question <g>.
