[nos-bbs] BPQ (inits connection) to JNOS and forwarding

If my bbscall on a specific port is VE4KLM-12
and a BPQ station wants to forward with me ?

I don't know BPQ, is the USERS parameter in bpq cfq
relevant, should it be USERS = VE4KLM-12 , etc ?

The station connects, my SID banner goes out, and nothing
happens ? Something like that, BPQ just freezes and does
not know what to do ?

I can forward and reverse forward from my end no problem,
using additional .bbs to hit the BBS from the BPQ node.
