[nos-bbs] Bpq <~~>Jnos connects & forwading

I recall some of this happened because of keep alive options
at the ISP connectivity layer or however one wants to word
things. Gosh that was long ago, I've completely forgot about
that conversation. Or if someone is running a system whose
ISP changes their commercial side IP address on a regular
basis ?
