[nos-bbs] JS8Call API for RF Forwarding?

Taking advantage of the incredible SNR properties of JS8Call would be
a "killer app" for HF forwarding.  I don't think it would be useful
for full BBS flood traffic, but it could be quite useful for
forwarding DTN style radiogram traffic.  What do you all think?
