[nos-bbs] Success ! Public IPV6 - jnos to jnos

This is pure IPV6 ...

No linux socket libs either, this is JNOS' own ip stack,
which now supports both IPV4 and IPV6. There is lots of
work left to do, doesn't look pretty at the moment, but
quite honestly, who cares.

Huge thanks to Bob (VE3TOK) for all his hard work on this.
