[nos-bbs] new official release 2.0o - boot 'errors' ...

Here it is always complaining about 'forward server not started'. That was already there way way before 2.0o.
In the gateway autoexec.nos I added an extra line with a timer,  at now+0001 "start forward" to get that server
started.
