[nos-bbs] Regular Heard Listings for 30m robust and hf packet

If anyone is wondering if they are being heard on 10.147.30 USB (Dial) 
here in Winnipeg ?

For both robust and regular HF packet, you can check the following URL:

Note :  W2OG-1 and N0HI-2 were actually heard on 20m when I was briefly 
there :]

Bad labeling :  hfax is 300 baud packet, and vhf is actually robust packet
   (to be corrected at some point)

It updates every 15 minutes, so it's pretty live, plan is to keep it 
long term ...
  (and I hope to add more interfaces to it over time, we'll see what 
happens)
