[nos-bbs] JNOS 2.0o.2 and rsync module cleanup

The repository modules are back to just the two again :

    rsync  -a  www.langelaar.net::official  .

and

    rsync  -a  www.langelaar.net::development  .

The 3 below, created during IPV6 development and before - are gone :

    ipv6   2.0o   jnos2

The development one is currently 'empty' :]
