[nos-bbs] Jnos and rf

Hello Jean,

I'm not currently using JNOS, but I have experimented with it before, and I
did get it to work with Direwolf using Direwolf's AGW emulator. Somewhere
in the JNOS docs I found instructions for the AGW client configuration. The
caveat is I did not use it over the long term, but it seemed to work fine.
The radio was on VHF.
