[nos-bbs] NOSAPRS symbol change

Found it. The example in the manual has the separator between lat/long
as 'I'. I missed that.
aprs bc pos "4303.11N/07453.01W& Test" -->Black rhombus, Yellow G.
aprs bc pos "4303.11NI07453.01W& Test" --> Black rhombus, White I.
