[nos-bbs] NOSAPRS

I'm trying to follow the example here 
https://www.langelaar.net/jnos2/robustpacket/ and the NOSAPRS documentation.

I don't see anywhere where you provide your passcode to the APRS-IS 
server. How do you log in?

I'm looking to gate RF to IS. Or does this implementation only do IS to RF ?
