Found a problem where if you try and do an SP or SB to any area or
user, chances are it will use the first ':' tagged rewrite rule it 
finds. This
does not affect stuff coming through JNOS from external systems, but
it most certainly will affect any local users trying to compose messages
at the JNOS bbs prompt and such.

I've updated (fixed) the mailutil.c file in the newfiltercode subdirectory
of the rsync area, as explained in the release history below :
