[nos-bbs] Jnos: Invalid Control block id

Hi all,

Does anyone know why Jnos is producing invalid  'control block' numbers?
This error prevents the sysop from using either the ax25 or netrom
control numbers to reset/kick any entry on the status lists. In the case
of ax25 entries, I can reset the entry using 'ax25 reset <callsign>',
but that doesn't work with the netrom entries, which fail to release
using either the 'reset' or 'kick' command.

The problem started during the last 4 Jnos complies (versions) and since
the install of Ubuntu 18.04. Current Jnos version is JNOS-2.0m.5C  and
Ubuntu 20.04.2. Note: the control blocks are 12 characters long instead
of the typical 8. Not sure what's causing that change.

Any thoughts about what's causing the non-standard control block length
and subsequent  'invaild control block' error message?
