[nos-bbs] JNOS with DHCP

I vaguely remember discussing this many years ago but not so much the
outcome.  I believe this, DHCP by JNOS, was always on the list of
things to try.  Seems there was an older version of dynamic IP
assigning functionality in JNOS but not the next generation DHCP.   Is
anyone using this?
