[nos-bbs] 2.0m.1 is out

Continuing from 2.0m, and just trying to get back to the usual updates ...

It's not much, just JNOS log triggers, save/load axheard list,enhancement
to SID capture information, and the beginningsof custom usage() dialogues
for JNOS console commands. Mostly wanted to make sure stuff I had added to
the 2.0n work was available 'now' for those who liked to use it.
