[nos-bbs] Winlink mail

I've been using Winlink mail on JNOS for a long time. It works good for 
upload and download for my Winlink mail and any user can upload Winlink 
mail. My question is it possible for other users to download their mail 
or will JNOS only download Winlink mail for the sysop? If another users 
Winlink password is set in JNOS, will that users Winlink mail download?
