[nos-bbs] CRITICAL - JNOS compile, PI / ARM systems !!!

Having found the line in makefile:

CFLAGS = -DUNIX $DEBUG $PATCHES $WARNINGS

and not understanding the syntax of the makefile at all, I need more
explicit instructions as to where to put ‘-fsigned-char’ statement.

In other words, does it go on the same line, new line, or…
