[nos-bbs] JNOS - GCC 10 compiler / linker issues (patch)

Apparently Manjaro, Arch or anything with gcc version 10, there
are a few issues. In one case all you need to do is edit config.h
and make sure '#undef RDATECLI', but in another case even if doing
that solves the now deprecated (missing) stime() function, you may
still get multiple define (Tiplist) linker errors.

Patch can be found here (for default compile, config.h.default)

  https://www.langelaar.net/jnos2/documents/changes.txt

Basically this means the JNOS 'rdate' command will no longer be
supported, I don't see the point, if you consider that linux is
the primary hosting platform for JNOS now, and you could use ntp
instead on the linux side to keep the date on track.

Objections welcomed.
