[nos-bbs] Email Notification of Log Entries?

Is it possible to have JNOS issue an email if it comes across a log entry?
For example, a forwarding partner is down for a while and does not know it.
I get an entry in my logs that ends with "fwd failed - Timeout errno 111
".
I would like to have an email sent to me (and them) when this happens).
