[nos-bbs] No space! !

According to the code, most likely your SMTP is being
hit hard or getting severely back logged ? It is in the netrom
code as well, but I can't see it ever getting reached, JNOS will
quit before that, and also if the trace facilities are not able to
duplicate packets for tracing to the logs.
