[nos-bbs] Pi JNOS errors

Check NOS-BBS post on February 16, entitled :

   gcc ARM + color issue + (yeah) UNSIGNED forced on char !!!

try adding the -fsigned-char to the end of PATCHES directive
in your makefile, then recompile. The post explains this.
