[nos-bbs] Changing BIDs

The simpler, the better. For me JNOS2 is not LinFBB, linBPQ, obcm, ....
and so it must have its peculiar assets.

All and everything the use of 'small cases'  on SMTP/POP3. BID/MID, WP, etc
are for me very welcome :)
