[nos-bbs] compile jnos2.0k for Pi2B under Rasp. Stretch - Success!

Thanks — that got me past the initial error, but also found I needed ‘libncurses5-dev’(using dpkg-query, a new tool for me <g>) . After that it compiled nicely.
