[nos-bbs] JNOS Systemd file Ubuntu 16.10

[SP2L]

Hello Bob.


I run two instances of JNOS-2.0k1

2LJNOS:SP2L-14  (44.165.2.3 on my server)
2LPJNS:SP2L-4   (44.165.2.6 on desktop PC)

Both running in systemd Debian-8.7 screen tool.
So, it is not Ubuntu, but...
Both JNOS'es run just happily.
