[nos-bbs] mbox fbb 2 errors with FBB

It's easy enough to see (thanks to the new proposal logging):
N6RME is a NorCal FBB station that's been a major hub for a long, long time - way before me.
It is configured to talk to two of my JNOS machines.
N6RME is set up with "N 2" for my W6XSC machine. The previous logs/traces I sent were from W6XSC.
N6REM is set up with "N 1" for my N6MEF machine.
When N6RME (N 1) connects to N6MEF (mbox fbb 2), N6RME's SID is [FBB-7.05f-AFHM$]
"F" is plain FBB (no compression)
