[nos-bbs] Winlink mail in JNOS

I found that I must use mb fbb 3 for Winlink forwarding and it works great. 
Now the question is can I  use mb fbb 3 for general packet mail forwarding 
or do I need to change back to mb fbb 0 as I have been using for years for 
general packet mail.

The follow up question is if I have to switch back and forth from fbb 0 to 
fbb 3, can I do that in the forward.bbs scripts or is there another way to 
automate this operation.
