[nos-bbs] BPQ telnet problem

I don't know.  I sent him an email.  Perhaps someone can tell from this:  [BPQ-6.0.8.31-B1FWIHJM$]

But I don't see why that matters.  This is clearly a JNOS telnet client problem since telnet from Windows native telnet, PuTTY on Windows, and linux all work just fine.  Only JNOS has the problem.
