[nos-bbs] rsync problems in Ubuntu 14.04 Solution!

Here is the solution for those with rsync problems

They changed the protocol in rsync 3.10

To use 3.10 with the version VE4KLM is using add --protocol=26 as follows

rsync   --protocol=26 -av  www.langelaar.net::jnos2

(so  before the "-av")
